The workshop is for all art abilities from the most experienced artist to the total novice. You will be led step by step through each process. You will learn a wide variety of different techniques to use and you will take home a collection of wellbeing art. Create your own personal tool kit for you to use whenever you need to express yourself or when you need strength to heal and help with your overall well-being.
