Born in Cheshire, Audrey Hind studied at Manchester College of Art and Liverpool College of Art. She was Printmaker-Artist in Residence at Port Sunlight in 1983. She has lived and worked on Anglesey since 1962.
Audrey has exhibited at The National Eisteddfod; Oriel Tegfryn, Menai Bridge; The Albany Gallery, Cardiff; The Williamson Gallery, Birkenhead; Manchester Royal Exchange Gallery; Oriel Ceri Richards, Swansea; MOMA, Machynlleth; Beaurmaris Festival and Gorstella Gallery, Cheshire. Her work is held in private and public collections including: HM The Queen Mother; Unilever; British Steel, Shell UK; Anglesey Borough Council; National Library of Wales; Sir Kyffin Williams Bequest; Oriel Ynys Môn; North Wales Collections.
