- Enquiries revealed that the form of liquidation being pursued was invalid.
- The liquidation company withdrew, the RCA Council resigned. An official handover was then made to Dr Ceri Thomas and Jeremy Yates.
- An RCA EGM on Tuesday 23 September 2025 will elect a new RCA Council and present to members an outline plan for the way forward.
